Delivery Areas
Free delivery is available for orders within Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai only. For deliveries outside these locations (Abu Dhabi, RAK, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, etc.), additional charges may apply and will be confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days within Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai.
- Same-day or next-day delivery may be available on select items depending on stock and schedule.
Order Conditions
- Free delivery applies to furniture and mattress purchases only.ONLY IN SHARJAH AJMAN AND DUBAI
- Minimum order value of AED [you can set amount – e.g., AED 300] is required for free delivery.
- Orders below the minimum value may incur a delivery fee.
Assembly Service
- Free basic assembly is included for beds, wardrobes, and large furniture items (if applicable).
- Complex or customized assembly requests may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before delivery.
Payment Terms
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or online payment.
COD is available only within Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai.
- We deliver furniture and mattresses to all Emirates across the UAE: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
- Free delivery is available within Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai.
- For deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK, and other remote areas, additional delivery charges may apply.
Return & Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- In case of manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the product free of cost.
Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring access (door size, elevator availability, staircases) for delivery and installation.
- Any additional equipment (like cranes/lifts for high-rise delivery) must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
